Rory Byrne joined Gelerman and Cabral, LLC as an Associate Attorney in July of 2024. Mr. Byrne grew up on the South Shore and earned his Bachelor’s degree from Boston College. He then attended New England Law | Boston where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree. 

Before joining Gelerman and Cabral, Mr. Byrne represented the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an Assistant District Attorney for the County of Essex. During his time as an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Byrne conducted multiple jury trials as well as bench trials in Lynn District Court. Mr. Byrne also represented the Commonwealth in Juvenile Court as well as Recovery Court. 

In addition to his criminal law experience, Mr. Byrne also spent time as a civil litigator for a law firm in Boston before joining Gelerman and Cabral, LLC.

Mr. Byrne focuses his practice on real estate and land use law, business solutions, civil litigation, estate planning and probate matters.
