Jeffery D. Ugino, Esq.

Attorney Ugino dedicates his practice to providing individuals, families and businesses with quality legal service, personal advocacy, and solutions to their legal needs. Mr. Ugino works closely with his clients to protect their interests. Gelerman and Cabral, LLC offers a variety of services geared to meet our clients’ needs and to provide consistent results.

Mr. Ugino attended college at the United States Military Academy at West Point, after which he served five years as a tank officer in the 3rd Infantry Division at Fort Benning, Georgia, spending time deployed in both Kuwait and Egypt. After his Army service, Jeff attended Northeastern University School of Law. Following law school, he served as a clerk for Judge Charles W. Trombly, Jr., of the Massachusetts Land Court and, thereafter, worked for several years at the municipal law firm of Kopelman and Paige, concentrating his practice on land use, subdivision control law, bankruptcy, landlord/tenant law, tort defense and real estate and contract litigation.

Mr. Ugino focuses his practice on real estate and land use law, business solutions, civil litigation, estate planning and probate matters. Jeff has successfully represented clients before the following Massachusetts courts and administrative agencies: Appeals Court, Superior Court, Land Court, District Court, Probate and Family Court, Housing Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court and several state administrative agencies. Jeff is admitted to practice law in the state courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States Federal District Court of Massachusetts and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. He is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
