Stephen Allen, Esq.

Attorney Stephen Allen’s practice is dedicated to providing individuals, families, municipalities and business with quality legal service, personal advocacy and solutions to their legal needs. Attorney Allen’s practice is focused on real estate transactional work, land use and zoning matters, estate planning, and municipal counsel and representation. He believes that communication is the key to any successful relationship or transaction. Whether it’s a real estate transaction, an estate planning matter, or simply providing a timely and thoughtful answer to a client’s question, Steve’s communication and client-centric focus remain the same.

Steve grew up in Medway, MA and attended Boston College, where he graduated in 2004 with a double major in History and General Management. Prior to law school, he worked in the group insurance field for two years. Steve later attended Suffolk University Law School, graduating in 2009. While at Suffolk, Steve served as a Member, and later as Editor-in-Chief, of the Journal of Health & Biomedical Law. Steve additionally published an article entitled “Mental Health Treatment and the Criminal Justice System” (4 J. Health & Biomed. L. 153 (2008)) in the aforementioned Journal.

After law school, Steve worked in the legal department of a large commercial construction company, where he focused on contract drafting and review, compliance and risk assessment. In 2012, Steve joined a small, real estate conveyancing firm, where he focused on representing buyers, sellers, lenders and real estate investors in all aspects of real estate transactions. Steve joined Gelerman and Cabral, LLC in the fall of 2020.

Steve is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
